Real Estate Guidelines

Below is the ARC approved Real Estate Sign for homes on the market within Francisco Oaks.
Please direct your realtors here for information concerning the real estate sign guidelines, and information on ordering signs.
  • One sided, street facing

  • Flyer box is allowed

  • No other attachments allowed (additional signage etc)

  • Agent may, or may not, put address (FO address) but not the RE office address

  • Agent can not change format or add text.

  • Size is approximately 24” x 30”, standard color and size for all signs

  • ½” plywood with redwood posts.

  • Cost is $275 plus install

  • Grandfather existing signs until July 1

  • Word “Available” may be changed to “For Sale”, “For Rent” or “Lease”
