Annual Meeting
The Annual meeting of the Members is scheduled for Monday, May 14 at 8:30 pm, at 214
Asuncion Court, please note the time change. All Owners should have received the Annual
Meeting documents and ballot for Board Member election in April. Please take the time to fill
out the ballot, place it in the white "Ballot" envelope and then place that envelope in the blue
envelope for mailing. The postage is prepaid so it is really quite simple. Please remember to
sign the left top corner of the blue envelope so your vote will count. The Board and your
neighbors thank you for your participation.
Board Meeting
The Board of Directors will hold an open Board Meeting on Monday, May 14 after the Annual
Meeting. They will organize the new Board of Directors and take care of any business necessary
at that time. An agenda for this meeting may be found on the back of this newsletter.
Where Do You Live?
Many people call AMC each month for assistance but cannot tell the receptionist in which
Association they reside. If you contact AMC for assistance, please let them know which association
that you are calling from. This will help expedite matters.
Payment Tips
The following are a few reminders when making your payment:
- When making out your check or money order, make it payable to your homeowner
association, not AMC. The correct mailing address for all dues payments is: P.O. Box
938, Roseville, CA 95678-0938.
- Many of you use a check writing service, please double check the remittance address.
- The monthly statement is a courtesy reminder only. You do not have to wait until receiving
it before sending in your payment.
- Payment is due even if a statement is not received. The assessment is due the 1st of
each month and is considered delinquent if not received by the 15th.
- If you have questions regarding your account, do not hesitate to call AMC's accounting
department. When you call, it is helpful to have your account ready.
AMC cannot take payments over the phone, however there is an electronic funds transfer
service (EFT) available on the 5th of each month. Please call AMC Accounting office to receive
the paperwork for this service, if you are interested.
Holiday Hours
AMC will be closed on Monday, May 28, 2012 in celebration of Memorial Day. Although
AMC will be closed, they are available to assist you in an emergency. If you have an emergency,
call (916) 565-8080 and a manager will respond in a timely manner
